Founding Principles
The Mission Statement explained...
Biogas is formed everytime organic material "decomposes" under anaerobic conditions. Depending on the decomposing material the gas will contain anywhere between 50 and 75 percent methane. We know Methane quite well under the name "Natural Gas".

Ergo - here is a perfectly natural process that produces a very important fuel. Presently we 'treat' a lot of organic surplus material as waste - we throw it away, try to burn and destroy it, landfill and hide it - just to get it out of sight. We are suffering the consequences - Pollution from 'biogenic' sources in the air we breathe and the water we drink is increasing.

Biogas technology allows us to harness a perfectly natural process we have known about since the Sumerians decided they did not like the smell of their cities.

We would like to take that thinking a little further. - Biogas technology, properly applied allows us to process and use surplus organic material and develop it as a resource to produce fuel.

Oh and by the way - there is no single solution for processing organic surplus material as a resource. There are just as many if not more solutions as there are organic resources. Quite a few...

Byproducts & Secondary effects from processing organic surplus rather than trying to treat waste?
Fertilizer and less GHG emissions from biogenic sources.

Sounds like something you might want to get involved with ?
